30th Birthday Cake

Hey Everyone! I had the opportunity to make a 30Th Birthday Cake for an old school mate of mine. It was a two layer, Topsy turvy creation. The first layer was a yellow butter cake with a pasty cream, Swiss meringue butter cream and strawberries filling; and the second layer was red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting. MMMmmmm....
How do you like those gold pearls?
I hope you enjoyed the cake! Until next time!
